Easy Return

We love our Dearloe babes, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your pieces within 14-days after arrival.

• Only full-priced items are eligible for return. All return items must be unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Any returned items that are damaged, stained, altered, or smelling will not be accepted and may be sent back to customer.
• Your refund will be issued to the same card or method of payment used at the time of purchase.
• We do not hold responsible for products lost in transit. 
• All shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Domestic and International buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Online buyers - If you like get an item in another size or color simply send back the item for a refund and place a new order. 

Within Indonesia-Bali:

Online & Offline buyers - You may want to return the bikini you are welcome to come directly to our pop up market at La-Brisa Bali (On every sundays at 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Bali Time), for the exchange sizes, colors, and refund the products exceptional for the item "sales".
