FREE SHIPPING ALL ORDERS WITHIN INDONESIA & FREE INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING ON ORDERS ABOVE 150 USD.

• Shipping is processed during normal business hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm WITA (GMT+8). All orders placed on our website are shipped from our warehouse in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia.

• International orders will ship according to weight and destination. International shipping does not always include taxes & duties. Please note that taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer.

• We use DHL International Express courier service with estimated time of arrival 3-7 working days. We offer different shipping options with DHL Express or Post Indonesia for international and JNE or JNT.

• Orders placed before 12:00 am WITA (GMT+8) will be shipped the same day. While orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
