Shipping

Shipping is processed during normal business hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm WITA (GMT+8). All orders placed on our website are shipped from our warehouse Bali, Indonesia.
International orders will ship according to weight and destination. International shipping does not always include taxes & duties. Please note that taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer.
We use DHL Express for International courier service with estimated time of arrival 3-5 working days & JNT Express for Domestic estimated 2-3 working days.
Orders placed maximum 2-3 days as our products are limited quantity & especially on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business days.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
